What to know about restorative care

A few of the things families want to know before a restorative visit. Anything specific to your child, we're happy to talk through directly.

How do I know if my child needs restorative work?

Usually a cavity, chip, or injury found at a routine visit or exam. If something looks or feels off to you before then, reach out — we'd rather take a look early.

Will my child need to be referred elsewhere?

Usually not. Fillings, crowns, extractions, space maintenance, and even full mouth rehabilitation with anesthesia are handled here, in one office.

How do you keep my child comfortable during treatment?

Dr. Lambert explains every step in language your child understands, and paces the visit around them rather than the clock. For more extensive work, in-office anesthesia is available.

What happens after treatment?

You'll leave with clear, plain-language care instructions, and we'll follow up at your child's next routine visit to make sure everything's healing as expected.
